As Business Development Manager you focus on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
You research potential clients/client groups, make and execute strategies to approach these potential clients, negotiate deals and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Moreover, you support our project managers in tailoring and explaining our advice to clients. You will be part of a friendly and dynamic team, where you can develop your commercial skills and industry knowledge. Ideally, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in commerce, sustainability, or engineering.
You have a proven track record in sales roles.
You are commercially minded, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
You are a self-starter: independent, sociable, assertive, and proactive.
You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Ideally, you have experience with and an affinity for CRM systems and quotation tools.
