Each of GGF’s business units has been established with the principle of sustainable integrated farming and become modern manufacturing company. These allow the organization to have complete oversee across our entire supply chain.

Leading and supporting key projects across various departments to gain firsthand experience and a deep understanding of daily business processes.
Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing work processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Analyzing operational data to generate insightful reports and presentations that support data-driven decision-making.
Actively participating in strategic planning sessions and company performance evaluations, providing constructive input to achieve long-term targets.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major.
A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Strong leadership, analytical, and high-initiative skills.
Willingness to be placed in and relocated to various locations across Indonesia
