Support day-to-day departmental operations and activities.
Participate in and contribute to real-world business projects.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and the preparation of reports.
Collaborate with team members on various tasks to achieve departmental goals.
Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Education: Final year student or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree.
Fields of Study: Open to all majors
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven leadership ability through campus or community organizations.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
Willing to be placed in Lampung.
