Involved in the development of project implementation plans and strategies, including the preparation of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly work plans, and providing strategic support for activity implementation by coordinating with internal and external teams, including monitoring the implementation of related activities.
Involved in and responsible for project implementation, building partnerships with relevant policymakers and stakeholders, strengthening community empowerment, and contributing to data-driven recommendations based on field findings.
Facilitate and ensure the implementation of community empowerment and facilitation activities in accordance with the established work plans and strategies, including budget management.
Provide up-to-date information on activity implementation and coordinate it with internal WWF teams, as well as conduct necessary advocacy to build and manage relationships with communities, government, and stakeholders in the PECI working area.
Develop and deliver educational and informative content on sustainable forest management to internal WWF teams and external parties (government, CSOs, corporations, etc.), particularly to communities, through workshops, trainings, meetings, seminars, and similar forums.
Participate in the preparation of periodic activity implementation reports (quarterly and semi-annual), including success stories and lessons learned, and ensure proper documentation to inform future activities.
Contribute to the preparation and distribution of periodic and/or ad hoc reports containing data analysis and recommendations related to project implementation.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Social Welfare and Development, Communication and Community Development, Agriculture, Economic Development, or related fields; a Master’s degree (S2) in a relevant field is an added value.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in community empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and conservation.
Experience and understanding of the principles of community empowerment and organizing, environmental conservation, and advocacy.
Experience working with communities, village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), cooperatives, NGOs, the private sector, or government on sustainable conservation projects.
