Key Accountabilities
Prepare and submit budget proposals and work programs or maintenance schedules for machinery and technical equipment in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure smooth work operations.
Execute maintenance schedules, servicing, repairs/replacements of spare parts, and lubrication of machines/installations and other technical equipment in accordance with standards and machine operation manuals to keep them in optimal and compliant condition.
Provide advice and guidance on machine/installation operation to the next shift assistants, especially for equipment that frequently experiences breakdowns.
Create and properly maintain Maintenance Cards for each machine, documenting all spare parts and repair activities to track the machine/installation history and facilitate future maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Maintain discipline and effective time management within the maintenance department.
Ensure that regulations related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), personnel policies, and emergency response are known and understood.
Provide training to subordinates by sharing knowledge and experience.
Utilize workshop tools and available manpower to manufacture, modify, and repair MILL machine/installations spare parts and other technical equipment, ensuring faster, accurate, good‑quality results at lower cost compared to purchasing new parts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, related field or equivalent experience
Fluent in english
Able to operate MS Office and AutoCAD
Have basic leadership and team‑building skills
Good communication skills and presentation skill
